We are seeking Lead/Assistant/Floater/Substitute Positions to join our EXPANDING early childhood program in Goddard, KS. Our center is located within the Genesis Health Club facility, offering access to an indoor waterpark, hotel, soccer fields, and baseball fields. Compensation for Lead/Substitute positions start at $15 per hour and Assistant/Floater positions start at $9 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications. These positions are a great opportunity to be part of a growing early childhood program!These are year-round positions with major holidays off. Full-time employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, PTO, and premium gym memberships (all subject to certain restrictions). To qualify for the Lead/Substitute Teacher role, candidates MUST meet Kansas state requirements as outlined below.YEAR-ROUND LEAD; Teacher requirements:Option 1: Associate degree or a higher degree in early childhood, child development, or a related academic discipline from a regionally accredited college or university.Option 2: technical certificate or diploma in early childhood.Option 3: child development associate credential.Option 4: three semester hours of academic study or equivalent training in early childhood, child development, or a related academic discipline from a regionally accredited college or university and three months of experience in early childhood education providing direct care and supervision to children of the same age range they will be serving.Option 5: six months of experience in early childhood education providing direct care and supervision to children of the same age range they will be serving.QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS?
