Because of your data-focused skill set, we relentlessly strive to make marketing faster, more effective and less expensive for staffing agencies and recruiters.How Will You Truly Make an ImpactAs a Digital Media Specialist , you will directly manage programmatic job advertising campaigns in the recruitment industry. By using your love for data and desire to uncover trends, you’ll help meet our mission of making “world-class marketing more affordable” by delivering awesome results for our clients through these areas:

  • Analyze data from pay-per-click spend on job boards.
  • Design campaigns to deliver applications from job candidates to staffing agencies.
  • Optimize campaign strategies by applying rules to prevent runaway spend and to stimulate slow-moving advertisements.
  • Make recommendations on new publishers based on trends seen across the staffing industry.
  • Look for new tactics and suggest tactics for the continued development of our recruitment marketing services.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and consult with staffing agencies on adjustments to their media buying.
  • Help companies meet their business goals through online advertising tactics.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong interest in data and recruitment marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or managing client projects or relationships.
  • Experience in programmatic software is a plus (but we will also offer training).

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of work in a marketing department or agency with a strong focus on content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • INTELLIGENCE: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
