Description: A well-established dental practice located in West Columbia, SC has been serving the community for 30 years and is currently seeking a full-time General Dentist to join their team. With 6 operatories equipped with digital charts and x-rays, including CBCT and intraoral cameras, the practice offers a comprehensive range of services to a mixed PPO and FFS patient base. The ideal candidate will have experience in various dental procedures and will undergo a structured onboarding process, including an introduction to the team and patients, schedule building, and familiarization with labs and supplies. The practice offers a path to partnership, with compensation based on collections and tiered percentage options available, along with a 90-day guarantee. Responsibilities

  • At our practice, you will have a steady flow of new and regular patients who require standard care, as well as the diagnosis and execution of comprehensive treatment plans
  • With the support of our trained clinical, operational, and administrative teams, you will be empowered to help us achieve our mission to provide comfortable and comprehensive dental care
  • Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Diagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tools
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consent
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions
  • Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education opportunities

  • You have either DDS or DMD degree, are licensed in the state in which you’re practicing, or have the ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
  • You have both Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and your cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate
  • You have a deep passion for dentistry and patient relationships built on trust, communication, and consistency
  • Have a good handle on regular general dental procedures, including restorative, endodontics, periodontics, crown, and bridge work
