You’ll write, create, and edit thought leadership content and network with attorney authors. You will stay on top of the latest legal and practice developments to drive strategic development and delight customers. You will collaborate across functions to drive customer satisfaction and usage and provide time-saving solutions to customers.Responsibilities:Develop and update authoritative, accurate, and up-to-date practical insights on a wide range of family law topics, including both litigation and transactional mattersManage the end-to-end development of content and features aligned with business strategy and goalsParticipate in team initiatives and support managers and other business partners (Sales, Marketing, Technical Product Managers) to drive commercial successRegularly gather and integrate customer feedback to create useful legal content, tools, and resourcesRecruit, manage, and edit content created by external authors to ensure timely deliveryMake recommendations for content development strategy and assist in product designStay informed about practice area trends and newsMonitor the competitiveness of the product offeringThink creatively about tools and solutions to evolve the productRepresent the content and practice area within the organization and externallyDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, and collaborationRequirements:Have a Juris Doctor degreeActive bar membership in good standing5+ years of experience in family lawExcellent writing, editing, and analytical skillsSolid communication and presentation skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and conducting online legal researchWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
