With a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence, we work closely with elder law attorneys to simplify Medicaid planning and ensure seamless access to vital resources.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and strengthen relationships with elder law attorneys across Florida. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison, educating attorneys on the advantages of utilizing pooled trusts for their clients. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals in need of Medicaid planning solutions. This position involves extensive travel throughout Florida, with occasional out-of-state trips, to meet with attorneys, attend industry events, and represent our company at conferences.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with elder law attorneys throughout Florida.
  • Educate attorneys on the benefits and applications of pooled trusts in Medicaid planning.
  • Present tailored solutions to attorneys, ensuring their clients receive the best financial strategies.
  • Travel extensively within Florida for in-person meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Represent the company at legal and financial workshops, expanding our visibility and network.
  • Stay up to date on Medicaid regulations and provide timely updates to legal partners.
  • Conduct occasional out-of-state travel (approximately once per month) to build new partnerships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Prior experience working with elder law attorneys or in Medicaid planning is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pooled trusts, Medicaid planning, or elder law is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Florida, with occasional national travel.
  • Experience in business development within financial services, healthcare, or legal industries preferred.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $120,000 plus commission.
