This position offers an incredible opportunity for candidates with 2-6 years of corporate legal experience (with music or media experience a plus)e, ideally within the music industry, to dive into the dynamic field of transactional and entertainment talent representation. Looking to hire ASAP.Key Responsibilities:Handle a variety of transactional legal matters, including contract negotiation and drafting for clients in the music and entertainment industry.Provide counsel on corporate legal matters related to music business operations.Represent and support talent in entertainment-related transactions and agreements.Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch service to clients.Qualifications:2-6 years of corporate legal experience (corporate & music industry experience highly preferred).Strong understanding of entertainment law and talent representation and passion for the music & media industry..Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.Location: Tribeca, New York, NYSchedule: HybridSalary: $110,000 – $250,000 DOE, plus benefits
