We are currently seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to customize your focus between litigation and transactional work based on your preferences.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel in labor and employment law, compliance, and litigation.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings with the EEOC and DOL.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for labor-related issues.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Extensive experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven track record in compliance, counseling, and litigation.
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
