Description: We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks

Qualifications:

• Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
