ResponsibilitiesJob Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate HR Diligence and Integration Director. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining M&A playbooks, project plans, and methodologies from due diligence through integration, as well as onboarding acquired team members. You will work under the direction of the Director, HR Diligence & Integration, leading HR Diligence and Integration activities and strategy planning.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain M&A playbooks, project plans, and methodologies from due diligence through integration, and onboarding of acquired team members.
- Lead HR Diligence and Integration activities, including due diligence, people integration, and strategy planning, under the direction of the Director, HR Diligence & Integration.
- Identify critical integration roadblocks and develop innovative solutions to ensure a seamless teammate integration experience.
- Manage the HR Diligence and Integration plan for acquired team members with regular reporting on progress, deal model alignment, and people integration timeline.
- Engage resources across HR and functional teams to facilitate and enable integration activities according to plan.
- Oversee and finalize complex analysis related to people integration activities.
- Customize integration tools and templates to meet deal-specific requirements and business segment needs.
- Utilize HR PMO methodology, framework, and governance structure, and document plans, timelines, RACI, RAID.
- Support the strategic development of program processes, playbook creation, continuous improvement, and infrastructure build.
- Manage and develop teammates to ensure they develop the skills needed to lead diligence and integration activity and foster relationships across the enterprise.
- Coordinate HR diligence and integration, including risk management, governance, best practices, and people system integrations.
- Measure people integration success throughout the deal lifecycle and solicit continuous feedback and tracking.
- Provide advisory support on workforce management activity, including organization design, talent selection, in alignment with diligence and integration tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 + years of experience in human resources.
- Mergers and acquisitions experience required.
- Solid understanding of benefit plan principles related to health and welfare plans, 401k plan administration, healthcare reform, FMLA, and legislated regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a changing work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy level
- Analytical thinker with process improvement skills with ability to analyze continuous improvement opportunities across functions.
- Travel 30-40% required.
