UC’s annual budget stands at $1.85 billion, and its endowment totals nearly $1.8 billion.Job OverviewThe Department of Psychology currently has 42 full-time faculty members and enrollment of more than 2,000 undergraduate and 80 graduate students. The Department presently offers Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology (BA and BS) and Organizational Leadership (BA); a terminal Master’s degree in Psychology with emphasis areas in Community and Organizational Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology, with emphasis areas in Clinical Psychology, Cognition, Action, and Perception (CAP), and Community and Organizational Research for Action (CORA).The Department is accepting applications for a tenure-track assistant professor who will contribute to the department’s research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and service missions. Salary and startup funding will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. The position is intended to start in August 2025.Essential Functions
