Description: Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:The Marketing Operations Specialist, facilitates the in-house design and provides digital asset management support across NA Commercial. Based in Boston this role will serve as an in-house art department and support various marketing departments’ in day-to-day execution of tactics. The role will also help maintain a library of assets and perform other related duties as needed.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Applying the creative strategy established by creative agencies, carry out internal graphic design requirements for digital and print assets.Collaborate across various functional groups and business units to expedite copy edits, art corrections, and print production of existing assetsFollow established design templates and style guides to evolve current digital and print assets.Brainstorm/collaborate with various functional groups and business units on new and refined concepts while maintaining brand consistency.Catalog and organize digital assets for future projects; experience with Digital Asset Management a plusKnowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional project environment
• Developed written communication skills, presentation delivery, as well as strong interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information
• Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of pre-press, print production, and editorial activities
• 3 years’ experience preferred in a graphic design role within an agency or branded corporation (pharma / medical advertising a plus)
• Experienced graphic design skills in both offline and online mediums
• Strong hands-on-skills with the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite
• Material submission experience through platforms such as Veeva Vault a plus

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications and Services, Advertising, Corporate Communications, Medical Communications, or Publishing and Graphic Arts, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
