Description: The Avatars Team is looking for an Art Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products. Art producers at Meta are passionate connectors and problem solvers. You will design operational procedures, improve communication, remove roadblocks, manage pipelines and you’ll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together. This role will collaborate with art teams and other disciplines across the organization to support our ambitious roadmap. If you’re passionate about the intersection of technology and society, come be part of our journey!Art Producer ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross functional teams to determine vision, goals and project requirements for Avatars art and product featuresEngage with Art teams to define the art components and scopeEstablish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothlyProactively identify and mitigate production risks while executing against ambitious targetsConsistently communicate with cross functional partners, providing visibility on status and riskManage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targetsInitiate and manage vendor contracts and relationshipsTrack asset pipeline, releases, and versioningMinimum QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of experience in game development, film, start-ups or interactive mediaExperience prioritizing and successfully juggling multiple initiatives and deadlinesExperience driving production process and shipping large, multi-media projects with 3D pipelinesProven leadership, communication, and diplomatic skillsExperience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)Interest in empowering creative teams to produce proven resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience with VR developmentFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
