Job Description:Building monitors help to ensure the safety of our students who often work in the studios and labs after business hours. Monitors sit at the front desk of the Art Building and check Lobo ID cards to grant access into the building after hours and on weekends. Throughout the evening, monitors will complete rounds to check on the status of the building. Monitors are expected to call Campus Police or Security to handle any issues that may occur during their shift.Anyone applying for the position must be able to work evenings and weekends, must be reliable and show up to shifts on time and remain through closing hours.The current monitored hours schedule is as follows: Monday- Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm and Sat/Sun 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Shifts will be divided among the hired candidates.Only those with a work study award will be considered.
