Reports To: Licensed ArchitectOverview:Bach Team is looking to fill our Architectural Project Manager position as part of our architecture team. This position provides a unique opportunity to be involved in the entire process of design on projects in varying scale. Bach team specializes in single-family and multi-family residential construction. The Architectural Project Manager will lead and oversee the design and documentation process for residential construction projects, including single-family and multi-family developments. This role is integral to ensuring quality design from concept through construction and occupancy. Working closely with a collaborative team of architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of development projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Document Creation: Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit with minimal supervision.
- Visualization: Produce high-quality visualization graphics using Adobe Suite and other software tools.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve construction-related design issues as they arise.
- Consultant Coordination: Work closely with external consultants, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil, landscape, and pool design teams.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team efforts, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues to achieve project goals.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
- Site Observations: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is achieved.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge: Understanding of residential and multi-family building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
