Description: Intermediate Project Architect Wanted! 🌟We’re looking for a talented Intermediate Project Architect to join our vibrant team on a full time basis! If you have 4-10 years of professional experience, a passion for innovative design, and a desire to work on exciting projects, we want to hear from you! This is a full time role, not a short term contract-please only apply if seeking long-term role.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our dynamic project team to develop design drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate work with project consultants and lead site surveys.
• Conduct building code reviews and prepare thorough due diligence reports.
• Transform design concepts into actionable construction drawings while ensuring quality and technical control.
• Engage in Construction Administration duties including site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Foster strong communication across project teams and clients, ensuring projects remain on schedule and budget.

Essential Skills:

• 4-10 years of architectural experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• Proficiency in REVIT is a must; hand sketching abilities are a bonus.
• Experience in Workplace and Retail
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and onsite experience.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with an eye for detail and commitment to integrity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 – $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
