Description: We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to provide support and development for Microsoft-based applications, manage database access, and ensure seamless operation of web and application services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET, IIS, and SQL and be adept at both troubleshooting and implementing minor enhancements to support business needs.Key Responsibilities * Application Support:

• Provide technical support for Microsoft-based applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues on .NET and IIS platforms.
• Minor Development Support:

• Develop and implement minor enhancements to applications, including adding or modifying database access features.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Database Access:

• Manage and optimize SQL database queries, ensuring secure and efficient data access.
• Assist in database design for minor application enhancements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET framework and C#.
• Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) for web and application hosting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, queries, and optimization.

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• System Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain IIS servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform routine updates and patches for applications and associated systems.
