Description: Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking highly qualified applicants for its Adjunct Culinary Arts position, for the Spring/Summer 25′ academic year, in the Academic Affairs Division. This position is located on Atlanta Tech’s Main Campus, just South of Downtown Atlanta.Essential Duties will include:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field (Food service, restaurant management, etc.) is required. Diploma must be from a regional accredited private or public postsecondary institution. Three years paid work experience in-field within the past seven years. Work experience must include the competencies, skills and knowledge levels included in the culinary arts instructional program. Occupational experience must meet the current requirements of the appropriate licensing boards for the area of instruction. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must possess and maintain the appropriate professional credential for or related to the field or position. ServSafe certification is required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:In addition to the minimum qualifications, Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field with at least 18 graduate hours in Culinary related field from a regionally accredited institution. Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
