Specifies or selects teaching procedures for lessons.3. Specifies or selects content, materials, and media for lessons.4. Specifies or selects materials and procedures for assessing learner progress on the objectives.5. Organizes instruction to take into account differences among learners.6. Uses teacher-made or teacher-selected evaluation materials or procedures to obtain information about learner progress.7. Communicates with individual learners about their progress and needs.8. Obtains information on the effectiveness of instruction and revises instruction as needed using evaluation results and observation data.9. Uses teaching techniques, methods, and activities appropriate for objectives and environment.10. Gives directions and explanations related to lesson content.11. Uses responses and questions from learners in teaching.12. Implements learning activities in a logical sequence.13. Uses procedures which get learners initially involved in lessons and provides learners with opportunities for participating.14. Maintains learner involvement in lessons.15. Demonstrates knowledge in the subject area.16. Uses instructional time effectively.17. Reinforces and encourages the efforts of learners.18. Stimulates learner interest.19. Demonstrates sensitivity to the needs and feelings of learners.20. Provides feedback to learners about their behavior.21. Maintains appropriate classroom behavior.22. Meets professional responsibilities.23. Engages in professional self-development.24. Maintains expected professional qualifications.25. Communicates with parent/guardians about their child’s needs and progress.26. Maintains accurate records in a timely manner.27. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the immediate supervisor may from time to time assign.TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:Nine-month year.
