Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor sales/marketing activities to increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals
- Identify and establish new revenue, collection and activity goals
- Evaluate all sales and marketing plans and self performance metrics toward sales goals
- Actively coordinate sales and marketing plan events to increase community awareness and centers of influence (COIs)
- Complete annual training and CE classes
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1+ years of sales and marketing experience
- Capable of working in fast-paced, team oriented environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented and multi-tasking
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in strong team interaction with tangible leadership skills
- Solid organization and planning capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Experience in mitigation/cleaning/restoration industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with sales and marketing software
- Ability to meet people in new people and develop rapport
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing a plus
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
