If you’re tired of the corporate grind and are looking for a fun, family-like culture and atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you!As a Home Care Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home care services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and ensuring our services reach those in need.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Conduct in-home assessments and consultations with potential clients to determine their needs and explain our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, doctors, and social workers.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote our services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong understanding of home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
