Description: Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist with exceptional skills and experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English, have knowledge of the Paylocity HRS system, and bring a passion for excellence in HR operations. Previous experience in the home care or home health industry is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the caregiver hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Training Programs: Develop and execute programs to enhance caregivers’ skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases using Paylocity HRS system.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to support HR initiatives and effective communication.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (verbal) and English (written and verbal).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Paylocity HRS system is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of HR management experience; healthcare or home care industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
