This role is pivotal in driving customer enrollment and expanding our client’s reach within the community. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing expertise, presentation or public speaking skills, and a passion for community outreach.General Responsibilities:

• This role involves direct customer engagement, with a focus on enrolling eligible customers in telecommunication services.
• Act as a liaison between the community and our clients services.
• Work with fellow team members to brainstorm new strategies to expand brand awareness within the community.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
• Stay up to date on all client information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Some experience in marketing or customer service based roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills skills and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences
• High-school diploma or equivalent
