Description: A premier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.Key Responsibilities:✔️ Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation
✔️ Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
✔️ Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions
✔️ Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations
✔️ Trial experience is a plus but not requiredWhat You Bring:✅ Juris Doctorate (JD) required
✅ Active California Bar license
✅ Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
✅ Experience in employment law and complex litigationCompensation & Benefits:💵 Competitive salary range: $225,000 – $265,000
