Hi, We are Ashley & Zach.We are the owners of two thriving chiropractic offices, 100% Chiropractic Sharpsburg and 100% Chiropractic McDonough. We believe in delivering personalized care plans and supporting our patients on their journey to long-term wellness.We’re a passionate team focused on making a real difference in people’s lives—and we need a skilled and creative Marketing Strategist to help us grow and reach more people who need our services.What I need:An ambitious, driven, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize marketing efforts across both of our chiropractic locations. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and developing strategies that will help us attract new patients and retain current ones. The ideal candidate will be an innovative go-getter who stays up to date with the latest marketing trends, is data-driven, and can provide measurable results.You’ll be working closely with the office staff and business owner to ensure all marketing efforts align with our overall business goals. Any responses that do not include this will not qualify for the position.Your responsibilities will include:Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other platforms.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content, including images, graphics, captions, and videos that speak to our ideal patients.
- Tailor messaging to target different demographics and services offered at both locations.
- Schedule and post daily or weekly updates across platforms to ensure a consistent online presence.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Research and recommend platform-specific strategies to increase engagement and audience growth.
- Analyze social media trends relevant to chiropractic care, wellness, and our business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads) and track performance to ensure cost-effective ad spend.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate on campaign ideas for monthly or quarterly promotions, patient education, and wellness initiatives.
- Align marketing strategies with goals (e.g., 100 new patients per month) for both offices.
- Propose innovative marketing actions to drive patient retention, referrals, and overall office growth.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, follower growth) for social media campaigns.
- Provide weekly or monthly reports summarizing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use Google Analytics and social media tools to track the website’s traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Alignment:
- Work closely with office staff to capture testimonials, patient stories, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects the culture and values of our practice.
- Coordinate with external services like Netsertive and Consumer Fusion when needed.
- Assist with managing email marketing campaigns and patient newsletters.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage online reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook) and respond to patient feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop creative ways to engage patients online, such as offering educational videos, success stories, or interactive posts (e.g., quizzes or polls).
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with our core messaging and branding guidelines.
Requirements to Apply:Local to (or in driving distance to) Sharpsburg or McDonough, GA. * MUST be good at clearly and directly communicating with team members, patients, and leads.
- MUST be dependable—the business relies on consistency in marketing efforts.
- Flexible working hours but must be available for communications and deliverables Monday – Thursday, 9am-3pm EST.
- Self-motivated, excited, and innovative with a desire to push boundaries.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on exceeding expectations.
- Collaborative and willing to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Experience with marketing software and technology (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication to express ideas and share marketing strategies with the team.
- Desire to stay current on the latest marketing strategies and best practices.
- Varied marketing experience on different-sized accounts and types of marketing campaigns.
- Effective goal-setting skills and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign.
POSITION DETAILS:$23/hour * Available for 20 hours per week (with potential to grow up to 30 hours/week)
- Flexible working hours with the ability to work remotely.
- Added quarterly bonuses based on performance and results achieved.
