Description: Trigyn’s direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Architect in New York, NY.Description:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:

• Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers
• Develop batch application using .NET, oracle
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
• Communicate software requirements to app dev team members
• Develop software with modern web development frameworks.

Mandatory Qualification:

• Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy billing and collection for Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance
• 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation following the Workers’ Compensation Rating Board guidelines for Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• 84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing
• 84 months experience as a .NET application developer – TFS, visual studio with visual studio 2015 or newer
• 84 months experience with web browser application development using JavaScript, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX
• 36 months experience with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
