Description: ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert CNO Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.Apply expert level knowledge of security concepts and networks.Provide Leadership and guidance to other CNO developers on the team.Ensure software standards are met.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree and 10 – 12 years of relevant experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.Troubleshooting / debugging experience.Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.CNO capability development experience.Preferred Qualifications:Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.Understand assembly programming concepts.Experience in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).Unit Test experience.Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.Experience managing/leading teamsSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must have a active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.Our amazing benefits include:Enhanced health benefit package – Apply for more informationManTech HSA contributionUp to 25 days PTO plus 10 holidaysPTO sellbackPTO carryover of up to 240 hoursUp to 8% 401k matchUp to 4 weeks parental leaveEligibility for annual program bonusTraining and conference opportunities including the industry’s leading cyber courses (ACTP)Tuition assistance (selected BS/MS programs are fully paid)Free snacks and monthly social eventsVery flexible schedule with compensation or flex hours for extra time workedIf you are a highly motivated individual with the skills and experience, we are looking for, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
