Prescott Industries, a leading manufacturer of wood doors and components, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force in the growth of our business by selling our premium products to distributors. We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, result-driven, and thrives on connecting with people.Your Responsibilities· Regularly visit with existing and previous customers as well as new leads to identify and understand their product needs; suggest products to meet those needs utilizing thorough knowledge of our product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.· Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.· Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including in-person visits, calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.· Research and recommend new materials as they impact manufacturing efficiencies and cost savings programs.· Respond to customer quote inquiries and write sales orders related to outside sales activities, and as needed to assist the Project Coordinator.Your Education and Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.· 1-3 years of related experience required.Skills We Value· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.· Advanced mathematical skills. Calculating percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately.Our Physical Requirements· Must be able to travel with use of personal vehicle.· Must possess a current TX driver’s license and meet our driver record requirements.Prescott Industries is a small business in Aubrey, TX. We are professional, agile and a leader in the wood door and frame industry. We manufacture architectural wood and laminate doors, artisan hardwood doors for residential application, as well as wood door frames and components. These are used for a variety of industries including offices, hotels/resorts, educational facilities, healthcare/hospitals, institutional/ buildings, and residential homes. Prescott Industries has over 55 years of innovation and experience in the door industry. You have likely stayed in a hotel, attended a school, lived in a home, worked in an office, or attended a physician appointment in which we have designed and constructed doors. • Base salary
• Commission pay – uncapped
• Mileage reimbursement

• Monday to Friday
• 4 days travel within DFW – Waco regional area, 1 day in office

Ability to commute:
