Description: Outpatient Pediatric position in East Texas
- Federally qualified health center with 11 locations in East Texas
- Located near Tyler, TX – 90 minutes from Dallas, TX
- Replacement of a current pediatrician who is moving out of state
- 100% outpatient position. Will have hospital privileges but not required to do any inpatient work. No deliveries to attend.
- Group has 50 providers and over 300 employees
- Able to sponsor J-1 and H1B visa holders. HPSA score is 20. NHSC loan assistance.
- Competitive salary based on experience. Group takes an average of the major salary surveys to determine offers.
- Total of 4.5 pediatricians in the group now
Benefits include:
- 160 hours of paid vacation banked on day one. Balance is paid out if not used and 160 hours re-banked each year.
- 48 hours of sick time with balance roll over on anniversary. 48 hours re-banked on each anniversary
- 10 paid holidays per year
- Matching retirement plan up to 4%
- CME allowance of $2,250 per year plus 5 paid days off.
