Qualifications you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in business, information-technology, engineering, or a related study

• 3 years’ experience in healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning, preferably focused within Plan Operations & Core Admin functions
• 5 years’ experience in business and technology strategy
• Proven experience with Business Architecture tools and processes

• Excellent communication and leadership kills
• Ability to develop and present project proposals and design concepts

• Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
• The availability to work hybrid with travel to our main offices

• Humility to play as a team

• Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of business architecture deliverables, views, and viewpoints – including direct responsibility for the strategic themes and value streams that they are assigned to
• Work with MVP leadership and stakeholders to craft the recommendations that guarantee the achievement of targeted business outcomes and capitalize on relevant business disruptions
• Synthesize and synergize work across assigned strategic themes and value streams including strategy development, business analysis, process management, and systems analysis
• Working in concert with their respective business and technology partners, guide development and maintenance of business capability models and technology roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy and departmental roadmaps
• Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
