The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions. As a Junior Associate, you will have direct, hands-on experience working on complex, high-profile cases from inception to trial. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys on all aspects of case management, including discovery, motions, court appearances, and more.This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, hardworking, and team-oriented attorney who is looking to take their legal career to the next level in a fast-growing and dynamic law firm.Responsibilities:

• Handle complex employment law and class action cases from start to finish, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Draft and manage case management statements, stipulations, and discovery responses.
• Participate in law and motion practice, including drafting motions, oppositions, and replies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Work with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in all phases of litigation.
• Collaborate with litigation teams, providing essential support in day-to-day case management.
