Description: Home Health Nurse (Weekends)$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGERSCare IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, AR, seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team. • Part-time: 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Full-time: 3 (12-hour) shifts or 4 (10-hour) shifts, which may include weekends and then the nurse’s choice of weekday(s) (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with home health nursing and OASIS is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg, or related experience.
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• patient education
• medication administration
• wound care
• post-surgical care
• skilled nursing care / direct patient care
• patient follow-up
• OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
• Additional duties as assigned

Salary: $35 – 37.5 per hour
