Description: Job Details:Kingman Unified School District consists of thirteen schools and approximately 7800 students and 340 teachers. There are four K-5 schools, one pre-K school, two middle schools (6-8), one K-8 school, one K-6 school, two 9-12 high schools, one self paced academic process campus, and one online learning academy.Kingman, Arizona is located in northwestern Arizona in the Hualapai Valley between the Cerbat and Hualapai Mountain ranges. Kingman is known as “The Heart of Historic Route 66” and is ideally situated between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full time, exempt position, contracted for 166 days between July 1 and June 30. Employee will typically work Monday through Thursday. Extended work hours are required.Required Education and ExperienceMaster’s or more advanced degree from an accredited institution with relative coursework and internship or experience to qualify for the Standard School Psychologist, PreKindergarten-12 Certificate through Arizona Department of Education.Preferred Education and Experience
Required Certifications/LicensesStandard School Psychologist, PreKindergarten-12 Certificate through Arizona Department of EducationPreferred Certifications/LicensesCurrent Nationally Certified School Psychologist CredentialWork Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Salary: $71000 – 74000 per year
