Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Billing Specialist to join our team in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. This role focuses on managing all aspects of client electronic billing platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client guidelines. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced professional environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee setup and updates of client-matter electronic billing, including timekeeper maintenance, rate adjustments, and new client onboarding.
• Prepare, submit, and track invoices through various e-billing platforms, ensuring timely resolution of any submission issues or rejections.
• Work closely with the billing team, attorneys, and accounts receivable coordinators to address discrepancies, appeals, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate billing phase and task codes, monitor budgets, and produce detailed reports as needed.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and ensure smooth communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a professional services environment, with a strong preference for prior law firm billing experience.
• Hands-on experience with financial/billing software and various e-billing platforms; advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of tasks with precision and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills with partners, clients, and internal teams.
