You’ll join a team dedicated to one of our latest AOR wins, a global telecom company. You will concept and design work spanning a variety of retail deliverables, from storyboarding in store videos to interactive store experiences, activations, social media and print. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Creative Development, you will do hands on design and art direction.Responsibilities:You will concept, design and art direct on all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneouslyYou will provide comping skills on multiple projectsYou understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trendsYou will develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parametersYou will collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completionYou will contribute work to pitchesYou will manage the daily progress of a project from start to finishYou will collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the projectYou appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on briefYou will partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectationsRally, mentor and support junior associates to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on qualityGive and receive constructive feedbackQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design or advertising5+ years’ experience in an agency/design studio settingAn online portfolio that shows off the very best of your thinkingAdditional information:The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
