Description: Job Title: Associate Attorney – Landlord-Tenant LawJob Description:We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Staten Island, NY, to seek an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in landlord-tenant law. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, expertise in handling complex tenant disputes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in landlord-tenant cases, including housing court proceedings.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide clients with strategic counsel on landlord-tenant issues.
• Efficiently manage a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landlord-tenant law or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
