Position at 4InsiteSBM Management is searching for a AI Architect to join our team! The AI Engineer Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems through AI and machine learning.Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the architecture for AI and ML systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Research and integrate the latest AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure technological competitiveness.
• Continuously refine and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Create detailed technical documentation for AI systems, ensuring knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in redesigning consumer centric workflows using AI
• Prior experience working with Gemini AI and ChatGPT APIs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
• Experience working in industries such as facility management, operations, or logistics is a plus.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of AI algorithms and architectures.
