Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to:

• Client interface and meetings
• Manages cases from inception through trial
• Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients
• Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
• Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings and trial
• Management and successful achievement of case deadlines
• Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals
• Performing legal research
• Assists with training personnel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Family Law
• Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service
• Must be tech-friendly and/or willing to learn
• Must be an effective and clear communicator
• Must be able to track and meet minimum billable requirements
• Must be an excellent and creative writer
