Full timeAs Regional Admissions & Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational support to our schools in the region helping to deliver against growth objectives. You’ll collaborate with school MAC teams and Regional MAC colleagues to define and drive the admissions and marketing strategy, and execution plans for continued attraction, recruitment, and retention of students as well as to build reputation of Nord Anglia Education across the region.You will set and provide guidance on MAC activities, NAE policies, procedures, quality, and customer service standards aligned with NAE Family Experience framework. You’ll also provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to our school Admissions & Marketing team members.

Job ResponsibilitiesYou’ll use data and insights to ensure that MAC teams drive enrollment performance across their schools.

  • Support accurate forecasting for the months and years ahead, using all the data available to you and keeping in regular contact with school DAMs, training them as needed in accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school markets, key competitors, and audiences, to ensure personalized support for each school in the region.
  • Stay informed and share best practice across the region, building a culture of self-sufficient data-based decision-making at each school through training, reference tools, and coaching.
  • Track team performance through CRM and other KPI metrics to identify opportunities to improve the Family Experience Journey.
  • Advise schools on the interpretation of their market research (brand equity, parent satisfaction, mystery shop, and market share) and guide action plans for improvement.
  • Support school MAC teams on budget planning to deliver maximum value.

Measurement of Performance:

  • Delivery and performance against regional and school MAC Plans with 50% of activities being measured against regional benchmarks
  • Improve and maintain forecasting accuracy to within 0.5% of school/regional submissions
  • Improved CvR to drive 6% enrollment growth
  • Schools and Central Office feedback
  • Campaign metrics
  • Salesforce CRM data with inactivity limited to 0-7 days
  • Monthly best practice training sessions, targeted plans, and reference tools
  • Regular meetings with campus Ops leads and/or DAMs, as well as key data/systems point-people in Central

You’ll oversee strategy and MAC planning across the region.

  • For cross-functional projects, you’ll ensure roles & responsibilities are clearly defined and oversee project delivery, working alongside regional colleagues.
  • Ensure Regional MAC functions collaborate effectively, maximizing results of regional planning and school support.
  • Support and advise school MAC teams with planning and strategy, communicate regularly to keep everyone aligned on objectives and performance, overseeing execution of plans throughout the year.
  • Understand data flow from Lead generation through enrollment at each school, maintaining awareness of current tech stack, system gaps, and opportunities for new tools & solutions.

Measurement of Performance:

  • Cross-functional Regional and school MAC Plans
  • Delivery and performance against MAC strategy with CRM tracking ROI
  • Campaign metrics
  • Schools feedback
  • Working “near-term” strategic priorities defined for each school and region, available for all regional support staff
  • Implementation of new tools and practices to collect better data and support more efficient process.

Reflecting a ‘first class, every time’ focus on delivery and leadership of often complex projects.

  • Work with Regional Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure that each school adheres to NAE’s Brand, Visual Identity, and Tone of Voice guidelines – and that their own school Brand Framework is the touchstone of all messaging touchpoints.
  • Work collaboratively with schools DAMs to ensure implementation of best practice Family Experience Journey within each school.
  • Support global projects in the region e.g., annual pricing reviews, market, and customer satisfaction research, providing training to schools where necessary.
  • Ensure that each school has an outreach program that widens the school’s network and positive relationships ad reputation in and within the community through local media and influencers.

  • Delivery and performance against school MAC Plans
  • Schools and Regional Office feedback
  • Campaign metrics
  • Salesforce data
  • Niche and other rankings (Google reviews, international data)
  • New programming and thought leadership

Work with ROAM on MAC integration with new acquisitions.

  • Support ROAM with new acquisitions and transition plans for admissions, marketing, and communications using NAE MAC Playbook.
  • Manage workstream to track and communicate integration timelines and goals.
  • Ensure NAE Family Experience framework is in place in new schools through admissions touchpoints to drive conversion rates.

Measurement of Performance:

  • Strategy plan for integration
  • Increased CvR to drive 6% enrollment growth
  • Reduced time until data available in standard Central reporting

Required Skills/AbilitiesPersonal Specifications:As an expert, here’s what we expect:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have 5+ years of successful project management with strong organizational skills. Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to solve problems
  • Experience of having managed a team
  • Demonstrated success in Planning, Driving Performance, Execution, by enabling our schools to increase value creation, drive admissions and increase revenue
  • You have experience working in a matrixed organization
  • You have strong analytical skills and evaluation of ROI, KPls, and proven record of using data and research to inform decision-making
  • You have experience working with CRM systems
  • You know how to run effective campaigns and how to mobilize efforts to launch successful initiatives
  • You have experience working within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
  • You have experience in monitoring competitor market activity
  • You have excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • You have strong leadership skills and are able to influence behavior change
  • You have excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish
  • You are able to travel to our schools across The Americas to support our MAC teams
