Description: Job SummaryThe Manager of Marketing is an essential staff member of the Weinberg Center for the Arts, a showcase for the performing arts in central Maryland. The Weinberg Center offers a wide range of musical, dramatic, artistic, and educational programs for the local and regional communities, enhancing cultural life while keeping the arts accessible and affordable to a broad audience. The Manager of Marketing is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing successful marketing strategies across various platforms to increase awareness of the Weinberg Center and New Spire Arts, contributing to the growth and long-term stability of both venues. This position oversees the implementation of an annual marketing, promotion, and advertising plan to drive ticket sales and audience engagement. This is a full-time, professional position reporting to the Theater Manager.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
