Description: Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). This position is full-time, exempt. Start date is immediate upon selection and public trust clearance processing as required.SUMMARYThe Human Resource Specialist role would be supporting the PXD Office.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates all aspects of AAAS fellows and Presidential Innovation Fellows recruitment, hiring, onboarding, management support, offboarding.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience.
• Experience in management support and personnel onboarding/offboarding duties required.
• Experience in Gov’t personnel management preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word.
