To Learn More, please review theJob Summary:The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department which delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating the sale of Activities, Tickets, Passes, lessons, and Child Care. As a member of this team, you are part of the guest experience and the face of Vail Resorts!Job Specifications:Expected Pay: $20.00 / hourShift & Schedule Availability: Full-TimeWeekends and Holidays may be required;Skill Level: High comfort level with Windows-based systems, and handheld devicesJob Responsibilities:Work in our contact centers, ticket/pass offices, and throughout our resort to deliver an experience of a lifetimeCommunicate with guests via phone and emailAccurately and efficiently explain and process all resort products and servicesComplete daily end of Shift pos/register auditsBe a part of a fun, professional, caring work environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional experiencesOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of timeAble to work outside in all weather conditionsComfortable working indoors for extended period of timeHigh School DiplomaAbility to lift 25lbsMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishAbility to work weekends and holidaysAbility to maintain a professional presence in the workplace and adhere to our appearance standardsA Ticket and Product Sales Resort Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include one of the following:Mountain ActivitiesRetail Rental operationsFood and Beverage SupportTicket sales or scanningLift OperationsBase Area OperationsThe expected pay range is $20.
