For more information on our College demographics please click here: .ABOUT THE POSITIONLong Beach Community College District is currently seeking one Full-Time – Culinary Faculty commencing with the Fall 2025 semester. The primary teaching assignment involves instructing baking courses ranging from Baking Skills and Principles, Pastry Skills and Principles, Cake Decorating, Baking & Pastry Skills for Culinary students. This assignment also includes curriculum development, participation in the shared governance process through work in normal professional activities, committee work, and student activities. The teaching assignment may be at the Liberal Arts campus, the Trades, Technology & Community Learning campus or other college teaching locations. The assignment includes catering and special events and may be day, evening, weekend, on-line or off campus and is subject to change as needed.
