• Engage directly with customers to explain product benefits, build relationships, and drive brand loyalty.
• Take ownership of customer acquisition and satisfaction by delivering personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer experiences and high performance.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions designed to develop skills in management, business finances, recruiting, and human resources.
• Travel frequently to networking events, market testing opportunities, and company retreats (1-2 times per month).
