- Work collaboratively with team members and customers to implement computing system architectures to meet project requirements
- Use sound software and hardware engineering principles to build systems which operate reliably, within well-defined functional and performance requirements within the project budget
- Work with project team to conceptualize, plan, and implement database solutions consistent with project requirements
- Ensure all aspects of the system architecture for projects are adequately documented
- Lead efforts to identify and assess complex issues and risks
- Design and execute test plans and evaluate test results to improve system performance
- Maintain awareness of advances in hardware and software products utilized in system design
- Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, code, and test complex AI, ML, and analytic software applications
- Conduct tradeoff analysis and develop recommendation among alternative architecture choices including data bases, virtualization / container approaches, messaging architectures, visualization tools, etc.
- Provide technical guidance to team members

- Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships to achieve Boston Fusion business goals
- Demonstrate personal accountability, effective work habits, integrity, and ethical behavior
- May perform other duties as required
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA with 6+ years of experience or an MS in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience
- Develop applications using game using Python, C++, or Java
- Design user interfaces using tools such as React or Unity
- Designed and implemented modeling and simulation systems
- Designed and implemented large-scale data bases and knowledge bases
- Experience with databases such as MySql, NoSql, MongoDB, or Arango
- Designed and orchestrated containerized system architectures
- Defined performance metrics, prepared test plans, and performed system evaluations
- Designed and implemented a continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) pipeline
- Designed and implemented systems using an object-oriented programming methodology
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills through briefings and technical reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
- Experience using Atlassian products such as Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Bamboo
- Experience with UML tools such as Visual Paradigm
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship and ability to get a security clearance
