No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure your success and career growth within the company.As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in face-to-face community outreach and engagement, helping to support our fundraising and community outreach teams. You will work closely with clients, customers, and colleagues to ensure daily objectives and targets are met. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our initiatives and the continued growth of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to tasks within your team and independently when necessary
• Act as an internal liaison between customers and clients
• Assist in meeting fundraising targets and objectives
• Attend all meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
• Continuously strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service
• Ensure customer inquiries and requests are handled efficiently
• Produce detailed and accurate donation reports
• Report progress regularly to the Operations Director
• Develop outstanding customer service skills to align with company standards
