Description: Start Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeksKey Responsibilities:Provide Clinical Social Work Services:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients, addressing emotional, mental, and social issues impacting their well-being.
  • Offer individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support, including managing immediate behavioral health needs and providing referrals to appropriate services.

Case Management:

  • Coordinate care for clients by connecting them with necessary resources, including housing, employment, healthcare, and community support.
  • Monitor and follow up on client progress, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and adjusted as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care.

Advocacy and Support:

  • Advocate for clients’ rights, needs, and interests in a variety of settings, including healthcare, educational, and social service systems.
  • Provide emotional support to clients and their families during times of stress, trauma, or crisis.
  • Assist clients in developing coping strategies to manage mental health issues and life challenges.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with state regulations, agency policies, and ethical standards.
  • Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any other relevant client information.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Collaboration and Consultation:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the coordination of care and address complex client needs.
  • Consult with supervisors, colleagues, and other professionals to improve clinical practice and ensure high-quality care.

Supervision and Professional Development:

  • Participate in ongoing supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor, receiving feedback and support to enhance clinical skills.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and certification programs to stay current with best practices in the field.

Salary: $2385 per month

Location: Everett, WA
