Description: A highly regarded boutique labor & employment law firm is seeking an exceptional associate attorney to join their recognized team and grow with the firm. We are searching for a motivated associate attorney with a background in plaintiff civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and knowledge in employment law, and collaborate well in a team environment.Qualifications & Skills:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed with the California Bar
• 3+ years of combined experience in litigation and labor & employment matters
• Experience managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting various legal correspondence and discovery, attending and participating in hearings and depositions, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and effectively prioritize matters
• Versatility, flexibility, attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational skills
