• Marketing & Sales Management: Lead our daily marketing efforts and roll out strategic sales plans to keep us growing and thriving.
• Identifying Opportunities: Constantly assess the market to create innovative strategies that increase our reach and service offerings.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners—become the face of Dependable Home Health in Las Vegas!
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay ahead of local trends, adjust strategies on the fly, and optimize marketing efforts based on solid data.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: An Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 1 year in home health or hospice marketing—preferably in the Las Vegas area.
• Skills & Qualities:

• Autonomy & Organization: A go-getter who thrives working independently, with a knack for staying organized.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and analytics software.
• Exceptional Communicator: Whether it’s through writing, presenting, or listening, you connect effortlessly with others.
