Description: Our client seeks a motivated Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects in government, aviation, and public commercial sectors. Reporting to the Vice President, this role involves managing projects up to $30 million, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while maintaining top quality and safety standards. • Managing all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Overseeing both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Providing regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress.
• Assisting with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations.

• B.S. degree in engineering or construction management, or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• At least 7 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong background in government contracting preferred
• Proven skills in managing subcontracted and self-performed work
• Proficient in construction-related software
• Possess safety certifications
• Experience with high-profile clients, such as HUD and government agencies

• Opportunity to work in either of their Virginia offices in Falls Church or Leesburg, as well as their Maryland office in Riverdale.
• Competitive salary of up to $120K.
