• Secure Funding: Obtain $2 million in grants and contracts within the first year.
• Increase Success Rate: Achieve a 20% increase in successful grant applications.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish 5 new partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Research Opportunities: Identify and research new grant and contract opportunities.
• Write Proposals: Prepare and submit high-quality grant applications and proposals.
• Manage Deliverables: Ensure project management and compliance.
• Lead Audits: Conduct audits and initiate quality improvement processes.
• Develop KPIs: Track performance and translate data into goals.

• Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to travel as needed.
